Concept and monogram logo for "M", an EP by Milena Medu.
The introspective, yet decisive nature of the work called for a blurred, hazy portrait - a ghost-like figure emerging from the dark, superimposed by a bold element.
At first the thought of a scribbled illustration emerged, was later discarded in favor of an oversized statement initial "M". Over time and after several iterations, the letter took on a more abstract nature, till it became a raw, geometric, line-of-force-esque element, barely hinting at its typographic role.
