The Way I Am
Mltfnk is a freelance graphic design and illustration project created by Milena Fantozzi,
graduate architect
and designer class 1989, active in Rome since 2016.
Mltfnk is a contraction of the word “Multifunktion”, hinting at the multiple overlapping areas of expertise around which the projects orbitates: traditional and digital illustration for entertainment and information visualization, concept sketches and storyboarding for film and animation, layout and identity design for print and screen, cover artwork and packaging for the music industry.
The way I work is concept based.
Behind each project there is an extensive research phase.
I value placing ideas in a cultural-societal-anthropological framework.
Nothing exists in a vacuum, symbols, lines, environments are interconnected and resonate with one another.
This is the way I work.
